Democrats Trying to Filibuster, Republicans Will Change the Rules

Judge Neil Gorsuch has written an entire book on assisted suicide, which is quite unusual for someone coming to Supreme Court. He doesn't think that the Supreme Court went far enough in accommodating religious liberties and Hobby Lobby. If Democrats try to filibuster, they will probably fail to just get the number that they need because there's just enough vulnerable Democrats out there. But if they succeed in filibustering, Republicans will change the rules and course it will be on the bench.
