Aristotle wrote treatises in his own name on just about every conceivable subject. He really undertook to give an account of just about everything that was humanly thinkable. His influence was widely felti n the middle ages, not only thomas aquinas, but also the moslem thinkers alfarabi and avaroes. In jewish thought, mimonides picked up aristotle and tried to produce syntheses between his thinking and their own scripture.
Leon Kass, long-time teacher of classic works at the University of Chicago and now Dean of Faculty at Shalem College in Jerusalem, talks about human flourishing with EconTalk host Russ Roberts.
