Dr. Shakira: I get cold calls and cold emails from private equity groups because what better time to be on the hunt than when in financial distress. And perhaps that's where a little bit of my frustration comes in in this because you know, it gave them a leverage point, which of course they're going to flex their company. But I decided to ride that negotiation almost to the very end with two different companies in the market in my area to see one out of curiosity, but two, there was a genuine fear. What happens if I am not able to float to the operating costs for the next however many months and I can't get a loan?
