i think your book ides like a really important, you know, for people who certainly aren't familiar with fivellas as well. These are communities where there's a whole load of things going on. You can't just reduce it to the violence of the stories that you might hear in the media. The favella of cassina is larger than my home town in brazil, viclaudia, where i did this research. But ya, so that fluidity happens on both sides. It is fluid in a way that they will have to find a way to survive.
