i think the best you can do is be aware that you are biased. You have to get really honest voices around you. But again, i don't think you wipe the white board clean on biases. I think they're too ingrained inside. It raden. We use the term diversity, and we almost acquaint it with e quality of opportunity. And so i believe equality is a goal we do.
