Is UCLA in the Pack 12?

I think this is an unusually interesting year. The jury's going to be out of the pack 12 until proven otherwise. UCLA could be the very good team that have more chances in the future. What if what if USC runs the table and they're one loss pack 12 champion after beating UCLA. Who are you going to take over Clemson who's beaten nobody but wait for us?
