Jury selection is a risk because of course we require a unanimous jury. If you get someone on the jury who misstates their ability to set aside their preconceived notions, then you could have someone who says no matter what the evidence in this courtroom is, I will never vote to convict him. But we have succeeded in seating a jury against other of his allies. We have succeeded in Watergate in convicting all of the defendants who were charged with very serious crimes.
