Ross and Variety's Disagreement Over Silk Road

Ross and Variety Jones had a disagreement over co-ownership of Silk Road. Ross decided he wasn't going to give away equity in the site. He implemented secret questions for his employees that only they could answer. If someone wanted to work for him, they would have to provide some sort of ID. They were both aware authorities might be watching their every move.
