Chef, Chef, So Chef?
The modern kitchen is based on ascoffier, this old french guy that codified french cooking. The sou in french means underit's like thetan, ok, and, but they're all the stratifications of the word shef. Executive chef, sheftquasine yea, you know, a lot of my peers don't like being called shef. They like being called just theres your name. Like, aman difference between shef and a cook, right? Big difference, big difference.
