The third bullet point that I just talked about there was event formats. And you mentioned workshops. We have those at word camp. But there are some other ones in there that are really new to me. So on on conference, what is that? I think it has its roots in the tech community where we basically just get a bunch of people together in a room around one topic and the attendees really drive the agenda. They suggest a topic around what everybody is brought here for. And then people will vote with their feet and go to those discussions to talk about them.
