The Importance of Design Knowledge

I think there's a naivety that says I get to a certain level and I have to become a leader in order to progress further. And I think we are losing some amazing designers to the kind of the leadership track. On the other hand, there are people who wouldn't, you know, maybe not the best designers who are perfect leadership material. So they become a business manager, a business leader, who is also kind of boosted by design knowledge. Is that something, though, that we can maybe, would it be better in many cases then, that we recruit or we kind of convert? It's probably better worth saying it.
