I think the markets digested a whole lot of it I mean you see Robin Hood delist or saying they're gonna delist there might be more of those who knows what's interesting is when XRP got the complaint coin base delisted him and these tokens were in previous complaints that kind of went into the radar but they didn't delist those. Gensler is in like a corner here because if he argues that ETH is now a security right the only way to argue that it's really a security is to say oh well I changed my mind because it morphed into a security.
