Slack, or a Toll? What's the Difference?
Beck: Camp fire was our only product. It was the only thing we were doing. Having a singular focus means you're much more likely to iterate on it until it's successful. And so hat does has a big, big advantage over one of a stable of products that you're building. Beck: I would also add, maybe focus is also important because the company was building multiple products.
