Stuart Butterfield, the founder and CEO of Zynga decided to shut down his game in 2012. The company had a user acquisition problem because for every one person who came and used the game for 20 hours or more a week, they had I think it was something like 95 to 99 people come and played it for seven minutes and never came back. So he realized like 31 weeks to break even was way too optimistic and he sort of you know did the math and he realized okay I don't think this is a venture scale business.
