Israelis Don't Have the Structure for a Referendum

Israel doesn't have the structure for a referendum I never had one. The rule in this country always had been That you only use them for big constitutional change that there's a higher bar That's required. You know referendums could go very very wrong. So I don't know if this will or you know reach the referendum point.
