Building Rapport in a Conflict-to-Environment Situation
When we are talking about violent persons, we are in a level of sort of an alphabetism under the emotional aspect. A person who are not educated at the emotional level can be a reason for becoming violent. We want to avoid that the conflict where the relationship is ruined and we have to repair it. High-level conflict are really difficult to deal with. For these, you have to be prepared. You can't just be there and leave the things to improvisation. Sitting at the table of negotiation, metaphorical speaking, can be like seeing the edge of the iceberg. It shows up. The violent person is screaming that wants something. But to be effective, we have to look down
