The Fire Hoses Are Unusual at This Point

The fire is just racing through the first ward. There's not much anybody can do to stop it or even slow it, and it races straight to the river. Hundreds of people are... People are trying to help. The firehoses are useless at this point. Many have frozen. So everyone's just going to the church to stash their stuff. This fall has been super dry, and the buildings are mostly made of wood so like... It's bad. It's bad setup.
