Henr, many coaches are without realizing it. One of the main functions of a real leader is to help people grow and develop. People do not want to work for bosses that are low in self awareness. They don't read how their own behaviour makes the other person feel. And also, very interestingly, you're likely to be a poor in all the other emotional intelligence competencies.
