If I know I'm getting some extra copper in via this IUD, maybe I'm going to increase my whole food vitamin C,. Maybe whole food zinc or maybe you take a zinc supplement. But ultimately, I don't think you can completely avoid estrogen dominance and the mineral, the hormone mineral imbalances that are going to come with the copper IUD. The weight gain doesn't really have much to do with this other than it's a sign that this person is likely estrogen dominant and they maybe are not
