The Importance of Comparing Thought Processes

Psychologists have found that a submissive chimpanzee has an idea of the mind of another animal. The only real method is by looking at their behaviour, but they don't speak. It's not so obvious that what it's like to be Nigel is exactly the same as what it’s like to be me and that we have similar kind of thought processes going on.
