feeling into your body is a way of mindfulness without having to lay on the floors. It's like taking a few breaths and feeling into what my body is littally feeling. Do movement makes it an easy way to start to learn to feel into your body. My favourite way is just to dance, to really just have a dance party. Inwat five minutes ive, just like intense dancing and looking like a fool. A yo ken condukes.
