Is There a Stop Button Problem in AI?
It's very hard to find a mathematically rigorous way of how to define an off button in a way or an agent who actually honored our wishes in a good way. I would prefer that if i told my robot go murder innocent children the robot says no i'm not going to do that but that is not. That goes against this kind of like alignment with following human wishes directly and it doesn't that lead very quickly to a trolley problem yes would be preferable.
