The Clanist in Cevarian

Cevarian goes on to question Owen about his past. He finds out Owen's father with a shopkeeper and that Owen's mother died before he really knew her. So maybe the Theclanist in Cevarian also, it's like the demeanor and the manner itself is so different to that Owen can't recognize the person. We don't get enough information to understand what the conclusion was.
