How to Use a Push Sled to Accelerate Technique

Don't ever use a push sled unless you put a ton of weight on it from a technique standpoint. If they can't support their body on it, the backgrounds, I trade a sled as not really a sprint exercise. Get them familiar to over speed stuff with youth athletes as well. Ken Clark did a really cool study up with Chris Corfist in Chicago one time looking at over speed and potentiation in youth athletes. It was outside the actual study. We were looking at a huge PAP effect from over speed,. Just exposing them to that stimuli and exposing the body to that stimuli.
