Sally Kohn: The insidious thing here is that any individual policy, any single thing can be justified. And it's a good goal, like the childcare. Individually, just putting a childcare requirement, if you're part of the chips act, you're getting money. But when you do that for one thing, and then another, and another, and eventually it becomes 20 or 30 things becomes this dense book of regulations.
