Pope Pius XII in 1958 said personality is the psychosomatic unity of man insofar as it is determined and governed by the soul. He's using some parts language here, but also he's implying this multiplicity, these different faculties. Depending on how you conceptualize the psyche, depending on how you work in those faculties, what does this look like metaphysically? I'm just going to invite you to think about parts working together in collaborative and cooperative ways.
