Is This a Qualitative Break From Capitalism?
Social reproductive labor, the often unwaged labor that creates society and creates the waged worker has always been fundamental to capitalism. It's a matter of forms of labor and value production that have existed previously, but now have become central in the capitalist economy. What we are trying to get with this immatural production is an environment where social relations are primary over physical goods.
