What Is Loan Repayment?

A loan repayment or loan, right, is actually when we're going to leverage against the cash value that we built up in the policy to go make some sort of investment. The loan repayment is how we get the money back in the policy. And so if we're looking at taking a loan to invest, number one is we always want to invest in what we know, right? Whatever industry we're in, whatever we've been successful at, that's what we want to look at. Number two is there's also a level of due diligence that needs to be done before we make that investment.
