How Emotions Are Data
I really like that you're looking at the nonverbal cues as well of just like how the structure is working out for your students. I was doing a coaching for equity workshop with Elena Aguilar and they talked about how emotions are data. So it doesn't necessarily have to be grades because sometimes when our students are not feeling well, they're not in their best self. And so definitely like taking another step back and thinking about how the culture, the classroom culture is thinking about what, how and how students are behaving.
