Conversational AI Platforms - Customer Journey Provision

A lot of times when people talk about conversational AI platforms, they often talk about them as just being there to have conversations with customers. What you're talking about here is having a conversation with somebody, using the analysis and the information gathered in the context from that conversation. So I'm just curious about one, is that the vision? And then two, what kind of triggers are you using to initiate that follow-up? Is it four numbers and all that kind of stuff? Yeah, two, the last part, I think it's multiple things. We don't actually do complete C-Pass campaigns but we work with C-Pass vendors to do the last mile delivery for us.
