The Sympathetic Character of Walt Nauta

Do you guys think that Nauta is a sympathetic figure here or not sympathetic figure? Because he clearly, in my opinion, lied for Trump. Is an unsophisticated person. Is an immigrant. Maybe thinks that he's doing some patriotic thing by standing by Trump. And yet, here he is in the middle of all this mess and he's got serious big boy charges hanging on him. So I'll go first on that. He has confused being loyal to the commander in chief, to being loyal to America. Having made that mistake, he has created a problem for himself.
