How to Deflect Oppositions and Counter Hesitancy About Design

As a designer I totally second that because design is surely not quantitative by no means and even if you do like a drastic redesign you still cannot measure precisely what are the effects of that. There's always copy involved as well and copy for my experience is like 80% and design is just 20 no matter how important 20. Great copy with great design together is like a superhero team it's going to be hands and feet above anything else absolutely. No I completely agree design is I mean they're both invaluable but great  I don't know if this is bad to say about design but I almost think of it as great Copy presented with bad design we'll still convert terrible copy presented with wonderful design
