2023 will be the year that Spotify is involved in some major M&A. One of my predictions is that we will see some sort of a tie up between Spotify and Netflix. I think on affirmative action you're right. I think the decision will come. And so do cover letters for applications. It's actually fascinating to think about all these formal pieces of communication that will die simply because we have machines that can do a fairly good job mimicking humans.
