The Importance of Integrity in a Mixed Political Economy
The question is how one does ethics both theoretically and practically in a world in which there's lots of compromise and corruption. So here I want to focus just on the propriety of PPP but it is a particular government program. It raises issues more broadly of government funding programs and wealth redistribution and emergency situations as well. We should expect that people will be pulled in different directions in dealing with the same particular program.
