LZ Granderson: Lucy and dessie had an agreement that either one of them could buy the other out first. LZ: So desie decided he wanted t out, and lucy did buy him out for three million dollars. Not only did that give her the ownership of the studio, but she became the first head of a major television studio who was a woman.
