Paula Jones's Disappointment With the Media
In 1994, Jones agreed to give an interview to a fringe filmmaker associated with and funded by The Religious Right. She allegedly accepted $1,000 for doing the interview that led even her own lawyer to become disillusioned with her. A quasi-documentary film called The Clinton Chronicles portrayed the Clintons as murderers and drug dealers. Most Americans were not aware of Bill Clinton's criminal background.
