What's Going on With the Theory of Gravity?
In a previous conversation, you used an analogy that i absolutely loved. People wanting to use behavior insights in practice, assume they can just walk down to their local nudge store and expect it to work out there in the wild. When we think about things that way, and when we behave that way in our practice, often what we find is that the nudges don't work,. or they're not as effective, necessarily, as they had been demonstrated to be previously in other contexts. What's going wrong there? It's a fabulous question, because i think it gets to the heart of what makes the haval science different, to a practitioner than most other sciences.
