Statistical Measurements That Are Very Important
The first definition we're going to talk about is called a null hypothesis. A p-value indicates the size of an effect, so strong evidence means big effect. If the p-value is small, the null hypothesis must be false. And that p-value, if it's large, you want that greater than 0.05 or 5%.
