Building a Culture of Innovation

You say that the brightest entreponeurs not only invent bold ideas, but they build a sustainable culture of innovation. Can you describe what you mean by a culture of innovation and why it's so important? If you're in a big company, it shouldn't be like all the creative sit on the second floor. Everybody's sod be a creative and that's really the way to success in these challenging times.
