The Bolsheviks and the Anarchists in Petrograd in the Summer of 1917
Bolsheviks and anarchists were the most hard lined voices calling for overthrow of provisional government. They called for immediate destruction of parasitic central state, reorganization of cities into decentralized communes. The anarchists were not afraid to advocate violence to achieve their ends. If you were a worker or a soldier who couldn't understand the contradictory nuance of the menshevik and the s r, capitalism is bad, but we must let the capitalist rule. Then the alternative offered by the bolsheviks and the anarchists made a lot of sense. Down with the provisional government, all power to the soviets.
