The Importance of Daring in Transformational Work
I think in that daring there's um for me there's like there's a level of discomfort and we always say that the sort of consciously held discomfort is like absolutely crucial for these processes. I think really truly like transformational happens unless you kind of like go to to these places that feel gnarly and uncomfortable and dark and so for me this idea of daring actually is very important.
