The Challenges of a Successful Business Transformation
Greay says the biggest challenge in transformation is never technology, always people. Most people are wired with a natural, i think evolutionary, dna rooted resistance to large scale change. If you're not meeting your customers needs and driving their behavior, then you're probably out of business. And so if you don't upend the apple cart, you won't be something in the apples from your apple cart. But still, even with that kind of information, just like, you know, any other kind of fear,. the biggest human resistance to transformation within organizations is fear.
