The Future of Labour in Scotland

I think Kia Starmas has got a critical role to play because he is really for the first time in a generation, a Labour leader who looks and sounds like a prospective Prime Minister. Freezing energy prices is going to be just as much a demand and a requirement here in Scotland as it is in any other part of the country. Of course, there will be distinctive Scottish voices making that case. In many seats, as in my own, we will be opposing nationalists in seeking to win the seats for Scottish Labour values. But the character of the contest is very different from an election, sorry, a referendum campaign that we saw in 2014.
