Why You Can't Borrow Fiat if You Own Bitcoin
As more companies and rich individuals borrow fiat to buy Bitcoin, the speculative attack gathers strength. But this is easy in a world where most cannot hold Bitcoin when people are not believing in it. Eventually lenders will realize why should I lend money to somebody who's going to use it to buy Bitcoin? Government intervention could also be seen as an angle of attack against Bitcoin if they think that it's growing too fast.
