I think a good trainer is. and again, I know I'm repeating the same thing, but I think they're very important. You need to realize that if you're going to develop someone as a trader, you need to be able to give them the utmost attention when it's necessary. Like you can't be kind of half focused on trading and half focused on someone else. Okay. So I think it's, it's definitely an adjustment. It's something I'm struggling with a balance with.
