I've done almost 20 years, which is a long time for your way outside the curve of the average tenure these days. I would, I never I've seen presidencies where people stayed too long at the fair as the song says, and it hurts the institution. It was only fair that a new president should begin to think about the next 10 year journey for the institution and the community. Elance had very long serving presidents. And I'm pretty sure Connie's going to be one of those two. That makes such a difference in contributing to institutional momentum and stability."
