Roxanne Jones: I think that it's fine to have different experiences. You just need the different experiences normalized from day one, like when the coaches are having their conversations with parents and students. By age 16, 17 female gains, performance gains on average are like one to one and a half percent. But we haven't been telling them during that stage of life that, hey, this is temporary. This is like a blip in your long term progression. And your prime is in your mid-20s and beyond.
