How Do You Measure Integrity?

I grew up a little bit of an angry kid, angry at the world, and i've spent a lot of my life learning how to calebrate this emotion that i inevitably feel. So one of the things i've been working on since i was a young lad in this world is not letting the times when i'm angry come off on to other people. If i ain't up in a place where i blow up, or something which happens, still like i've never found a way to eliminate that, i'm not sure if i will.
