A Dog's Panic Attack

A friend of ours had a pretty severe panic attack. She was embarrassed that shed had a panic attack in front of our other party guests. Tessa, who was a very mpathetic dog, wanted to come in to comfort my friend. We were ignoring her and continuing our conversation. Then my friend and i both saw the door knob turn and the door open. A woman about my build and with similar long black hair jump out at him and say, da from behind the closet in the hallway. That incident probably bothered him more than any other strange thing that happened on main street.
