Is There Anyone Doing Any Better?
When you have all of these algorithms and all of this technology written by mostly white men, it is going to lack an amount of sensitivity and awareness. That's why we need more diversity so much in tech. One really simple thing that we can do to start is to build technology using more diverse teams. The technology is not the right solution for every social problem. And we need to push back against decisions that are foolish around technology.
